How to Enroll in 119L

METX 119L has been adapted to bring the a lab experience to the remote setting. With the help of Microbiology instructor Todd Hilaker and his colleagues, 119L has been modified to make use of the non-hazardous microbes in cheeses and yogurt. All students need then is a minimal amount of disposable lab materials sent to students by mail. More information about the course can be found here.
